Digital legacy sits in a genuine gap: the Succession Act 1965 doesn't address it, platforms operate under foreign terms of service, and most solicitors have limited experience with it. Our job is to translate that mess into a clear, ranked set of actions — the things that matter most first, the rest when there's time.
Where a question needs a solicitor, we say so plainly and can refer you to one experienced in digital estate planning. We're not a replacement for legal advice — we're the practical layer underneath it: the account settings, the password access, the written wishes that make everything else easier.
